Rachael Thomson - FIELD TEAM & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Crownthorpe, Hawke's Bay

 

Rachael is responsible for overseeing every aspect connected to the field team administration and operations of all projects. Rachael is able to co-ordinate up to 30x interviewers on concurrent projects throughout New Zealand at any one time. Having grown up on a farm in Dannevirke, Rachael has a Bachelor of Communication Management and Media from Massey University. She and her husband now farm a sheep and beef property at Crownthorpe and when she is not farming she juggles two young children and coordinates the Cinta nationwide field team with ease and skill.
