Prior to establishing Cinta Research in 1995 Fiona held positions as Marketing Executive – NZ Trade Development Board and Marketing Manager – Port of Napier. She is a full member of the NZ Market Research Society. Fiona lives and farms at Gwavas Station with her husband John and their two children Tristrem & Piera Wendy Averill Wendy Averill - Research Analyst (left) Wendy has a marketing background coupled with 15 years in accounting and statistics, she brings solid client-side experience to the data analysis interpretation & conclusions. Wendy has a strong farming background having grown up on a Hawkes Bay farm she lives with her husband and two twin teenage daughters on a coastal lifestyle block near Te Awanga Sarah Coleman Sarah Coleman – Field & Operations Manager (right) Sarah co-ordinates up to 80x interviewers at any one time working on several projects concurrently throughout New Zealand. Sarah is responsible for overseeing every aspect connected to the fieldwork and administration – she juggles her role along with a 2000 acre sheep and beef farm at Wanstead with her husband George and being a mum to toddler Sam Nationwide Interviewer Field Team Cinta boasts a field force of 80x interviewers throughout NZ reaching all markets & demographic groups. The team includes specialist agri-interviewers, telephone surveyors, mystery shoppers and focus group facilitators.
