Fiona Hudson
Managing Director FMRSNZ (left) has 23 years in the Market Research & Marketing industries with vast experience of agriculture and rural research, community consultation and health sector research. Prior to establishing Cinta Research in 1995 Fiona held positions as Marketing Executive – NZ Trade Development Board and Marketing Manager – Port of Napier. Fiona is a Lincoln University graduate and also a Lincoln University Kellogg’s Scholar. Fiona is the principal contact of Cinta and recommends the optimal research methodology for your study, she substantiates the project parameters and research objectives, and designs the questions that will reveal the information you need to know. Fiona work alongside you at every stage & keeps you informed with regular progress reports.
Ruth Hawksley
Research Analyst (inset) Ruth is primarily responsible for managing and analysing the data on projects. Ruth is a senior researcher with a background in private, public, academic and agriculture sectors. Ruth has much experience in managing a wide range of both quantitative and qualitative research projects, with expertise in monitoring and evaluation. Ruth holds a BA First Class Honours in Sociology and MA Distinction in Social Policy and Social Development with a specialism in research methodologies. She has the job of analysing and slicing the data examining not only the statistical significance but the unfolding stories and key gaps and opportunities. Cinta’s reports are high-level, reader friendly and easy to interpret. Results speak for themselves. We generate our reports so you could walk straight into a team meeting and it is research analysis to go!
Sarah Coleman
Field & Operations Manager (top right) Sarah co-ordinates up to 80x interviewers at any one time working on several projects concurrently throughout New Zealand. Sarah is responsible for overseeing every aspect connected to the fieldwork and administration

Cinta boasts a field force of 80x interviewers throughout NZ reaching all markets & demographic groups. The team includes specialist agri-interviewers, telephone surveyors, mystery shoppers and focus group facilitators.
